Description

I am using Arduino UNO to write my code and control Electrical appliances connected to it.

The steps I followed in connecting hardware.

  1. The bulb is supplied with 12V DC and grounded. SPDT switch is used to differentiate 12V and 5V supply.
  2. The optocoupler is connected to isolate Microprocessor from 12V supply.
  3. IR receiver is connected to Arduino UNO.
  4. DC motor is connected to the motor driver and then to Arduino.
  5. remote is used to control destination appliances.
