TruFix intercepts raw embedded OBD-II data and instantly generates a real-time, interactive 3D "Digital Twin" of the vehicle's engine for the local mechanic. By transforming complex hex telemetry into guided spatial workflows and verified financial transactions, we are upgrading the unorganized auto sector into a trusted, data-driven ecosystem.

Description

Step 1: The Hardware Connection (Data Extraction)

The entire process begins at the physical vehicle. A mechanic plugs an OBD-II hardware scanner (like the ELM327) into the car or motorcycle. This scanner establishes a secure connection with the vehicle's Engine Control Unit (ECU) to extract raw, hidden error codes—for example, reading a "P0301" code which indicates an engine misfire.

Step 2: The 3D Assistant (Visualizing the Problem)

Because raw hex data and cryptic error codes are difficult to interpret, TruFix acts as a real-time translator. The platform takes that specific error code and maps it onto an interactive 3D blueprint of that exact vehicle model. Instead of guessing, the mechanic looks at the dashboard and sees a glowing red indicator showing exactly where the faulty component—like a specific ignition coil—is physically located on the engine block.

Step 3: The Guided Protocol (Testing & Fixing)

TruFix doesn't just point out the broken part; it enforces a standard operating procedure. The software generates a mandatory, step-by-step mechanical checklist. The mechanic is guided to perform physical tests—such as checking wire continuity or measuring voltage with a multimeter. The system requires the mechanic to check off these testing steps before they can officially diagnose a dead part, completely eliminating the "guess and replace" method.

Step 4: The Fintech Gateway (Verified Billing)

Once the physical repair is validated, TruFix secures the business side of the transaction. The platform calculates a transparent, "TruFix Verified" bill based on the initial hardware scan, the cost of genuine parts, and standardized labor rates. This prevents overcharging. The bill is instantly pushed to the customer's mobile dashboard, where they can seamlessly approve the repair, pay via UPI, or apply for an integrated Repair-Now-Pay-Later (RNPL) micro-loan.

In short: The project extracts data from the car, visualizes it in 3D for the mechanic, enforces a strict repair workflow, and finishes by generating a financially verified bill for the customer.
