Description

ABSTRACT

Security, especially car theft in common parking lots, has become a problem of concern. In this developing world where technology is evolving day by day with scientific researchers introducing a new era of adoption, the need for security is increasing everywhere. now days the practice of cars is common to everyone. Coincidentally, the maintenance of the car can be stolen as well it is important for everyone. An effective vehicle safety system is used in the fight against crime using an embedded system. The strengthen the automotive technology system to detect increased popularity of research and add a vehicle theft protection system to avoid vehicle theft in the parking lot and sometimes drive in unprotected areas. An improved system provides better monitoring and control for cyber crime profile recognition and shock management to an unauthorized person trying to drive a car again you will be notified by the owner of the vehicle. The system has provided security and better control of theft through the face recognition and provision of shock treatment, when an unauthorized person tries to start the ignition and you will be notified of the IoT app.

 

METHODOLOGY

This system designed facial recognition algorithm which will identify the driving person based on which the vehicle ignition can be controlled. System is built on Raspberry pi Microprocessor and pie camera for facial recognition. This system provides enough security in terms of vehicle theft happening and the ignition is only controlled by the facial recognition, Sensor is also used in the project to get the notification if the vehicle getting towed sensor value is checked multiple time to make sure the vehicle is in the stand alone and upright position. Sensor values can be modified based on the towing techniques. Proposed system having a cost efficiently an easy to be implement in the existing vehicles. If an unauthorized user tries to use the cars ,the system scan the person’s face and check the whether face matches with the authorized face ,and if it is does not match the system denies and the buzzer starts and processed with the shock implementation. Proceed with the IOT notification . Once the image of the person is acquired, the system now tries to detect the face. The micro controller which contains the image processing unit embedded within it performs the face detection and authorizes the person. it checks whether the intruder is the under the database of Raspberry Pi then it allows he or she to access the vehicle if not it captures the face and gives a shock of voltage 12 volt. the vehicle information and face of the intruder is sent to the owner through application and messages.

WORKING ON SYSTEM

  • At first the bread board is taken to make the connections without trouble.
  • Raspberry Pi is connected to GPS, GSM, switch, LCD, Transformer and other components.
  • All the wires from respective components are connected to the raspberry module according to the circuit.
  • The required algorithm is given to the module to have the facial recognition.

After connecting the breadboard connection a voltage of 12v is given by connecting a 230v charge to DC motor the system starts to work.

If any person comes near to the sensor then it starts to recognise him then system allows him to start the engine and message will be sent to the desired mobile phone, if not, then the system locks the door, gives an electric shock to that person and sends an alert to that sim through GSM and sends the location of vehicle.

CONCLUSION:

This project is a good example of a raspberry pi and pie camera with a face recognition system using Python editing language in real time under certain images and in project we will use face recognition to track stolen vehicles and in the future we will provide a shock and alarm system that will provide an authorized person to make it safe and secure from unauthorized theft. In the future this may provide the best solution for any type of stolen vehicle. This  project acquisition of vehicles with the help of wireless communication i.e. IoT notification. By doing this seminar report we will provide Anti-theft detection functionality and provide solution for auto theft activities with IOT notification assistance and provide the best security system to authorized person.
