Electric Vehicle Training Kit is used to train the students about the working process of electric vehicle, and it is also used to simulate for EV. It is also used analyze and rectify problems. Students will learn about the parts used in the electric vehicle and they will be able to design their own. 

We first obtained the required parts and started to assemble them. We mounted the parts of the front of the vehicle in the steering and the middle chassis parts into the cardboard and connected the wheel which is attached to the hub motor. The ignition key is used as a switch to open and close the circuit. The DC converter converts 12v DC to 9v DC and 9v DC to 12v DC. The throttle and EV controller controls the speed of the motor by varying the voltage and current according to the load and the user input. Electronic brakes are also available and regenerative breaking can be implemented with the help of DC converter. We attached labels to wires and components so that the students can identify the parts and its function. The connections between the components and the interaction between them will be easily understood by the students. The assembly can be easily dismantled and reassembled, enabling good understanding between the assembly and repairing of faults.

We hope this project helps students to understand the connections between the components of electric vehicle and their functions.
