A rover having 2 combined YoLo Detection models, which have the ability to detect the litter in the public places as well as also detect if the person is engaging in public smoking or not. Public smoking and litter in public places have contributed somewhat significantly in the civic misbehaviors that occurs all around the country, this rover is just a small milestone to achieve the improved civicsense through constant regulation through detection and then informing the higher authorities regarding the violation of any civic rules by the people. It uses the Rpi 5 to work on the detection models, and Arduino is used to give the PWM signals to the motors through motor driver L298N. Rpi is connected to a USB Camer,a which takes a live feed and uses the frame to work on two detection modules, a.k.a., litter detection and smoking detection.
