Definition - Chatbots in health care may have the potential to provide patients with access to immediate medical information. Health care chatbots could help patients better manage their own health, improve access, and timeliness to care. Use of Al-based Chatbots for providing health-related information. 

Working: Our Health Chatbot used to address specific issues in health care.

a)On Emergency Condition: Chatbots can provide replies to emergency questions at a mass scale during major emergencies like Heart attack, Stokes, Pregnancies, and accidents, etc., Referral Chatbots can act as a 24/7  referral service to other emergency agencies       

                                                                      

b) On Medication Management (Consultation): Healthcare providers are now implementing bots that allow users to check their symptoms and understand their medical condition from the comfort of their homes. Chatbots that use  Natural Language Processing can understand patient requests regardless of the input variables. This is critical for meeting the high accuracy of responses, which is essential in symptom checkers. A chatbot designed specifically for the needs of a medical center could allow patients to book their appointments in less than a minute without ever having to get in touch with a human agent or receptionist. Thanks to such an implementation, patients can simply select their doctor, choose the scheduled time slot, insert their personal information, and even add information about their symptoms so that the doctor is briefed on the reason for the visit. The bot can then send follow-up messages via text, email, or even voice messages to remind patients about the scheduled appointments. The greatest advantage of chatbots here is that they can deal with many user inquiries at the same time, and the staff won’t be overwhelmed with the number of inquiries, no matter how high it gets. Doctors could interact with a diet chatbot to recommend the appropriate food to their patients. Patients could also engage with this chatbot to get instant information about their dietary choices. In some cases, health chatbots are also able to connect patients with clinicians for diagnosis or treatment, but that is already one step further down the line. The general idea is that in the future, these talking or texting smart algorithms might become the first contact point for primary care. Patients will not get in touch with physicians or nurses or any medical professional with every one of their health questions but will turn to chatbots first. If the little medical helper cannot comfortably respond to the raised issues, it will transfer the case to a  real-life doctor. Patients could also experience a service similar to what an in-home caregiver offers by using a  post-discharge chatbot. The patients could engage with this virtual nurse to get personalized care plans and reminders for medications and appointments. With the help of customized questions filed by physicians, this chatbot can analyze the risks by using voice recognition and by understanding patient inputs. In healthcare, timely information is extremely crucial. This is where a health assistant bot with machine learning capabilities comes into the picture. A patient could tell the bot what symptoms they are experiencing and receive medical advice. Depending on the seriousness of the issue, they can take the appropriate action because they are informed.            

                                               

c) On Ordering Medicines: In Our Chatbot, We can also order the medicines that we want through the e-commerce site. chatbots are redefining the way pharmaceutical and healthcare companies interact and engage with their clients. Their ability to mimic human conversations through text and auditory means can prove beneficial to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. This is because the service allows for personal, one-on-one conversations with customers, patients,  and health care providers (HCPs).
